Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business leads and acquire potential customers.
Promote and sell business and personal loan products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Maintain solid client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of finance, banking, or sales is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
