Responsible for layered ceramic buildup on crowns, bridges, and implant restorations to achieve optimal esthetics, shade accuracy, and morphology. The role focuses on reproducing natural tooth characteristics while maintaining functional integrity and consistency with lab protocols

Ceramic Layering & Build-up
Perform ceramic layering on zirconia, metal-ceramic, and implant-supported frameworks
Execute dentin, enamel, and effect layering based on case requirements
Maintain correct contour, anatomy, and occlusal morphology

Shade & Esthetics
Interpret shade prescriptions, digital scans, and reference images
Replicate translucency, texture, and characterization (mamelons, stains, halos, etc.)
Work closely with shade-matching team for high-esthetic cases

Case Handling




Evaluate frameworks before buildup (fit, reduction, surface quality)
Identify and escalate discrepancies prior to layering
Follow case-specific instructions and standard protocols

Firing & Material Handling
Manage ceramic firing cycles as per manufacturer and lab protocols
Handle ceramic materials efficiently to minimize contamination and wastage
Maintain consistency in shrinkage compensation and layering thickness

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
