Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance and troubleshooting of standard software packages.
Microsoft OS, System Software, Installation and upgrades.
Fault finding like MS-office / O 365 related issues resolution
Maintaining Regular call Reports.
Coordinate with Internal authorities/Department for IT solutions.
Knowledge of Windows client and server OS troubleshooting
L1 Support for network troubleshooting
L1 Support for server standard roles
Timely Suggestions to improve existing the IT infrastructure
Maintain the asset list as per Customer Standard.
Basic Troubleshooting of the internet lease line.




Firewall/Network security basic troubleshooting and configuration.
L1 Support for standard Backup solution.
Hands on experience resolving hardware board level issues
Configuring BIOS settings ,BIOS upgrades
Troubleshooting computer peripherals, like printers and scanners issues
Setting up current computer systems
Should be able to resolves issues related to Antivirus software

Requirement: Bike & Licence

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
