Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving inside sales and telesales for our oral healthcare products, including oral medicines, tablets, capsules, and sachet formulations.

Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Revenue Generation: Actively pitch, negotiate, and close sales orders over the phone for our portfolio of oral medicines and sachet products.
Lead Management: Convert marketing-generated leads, cold call potential clients, and re-engage dormant accounts to build a consistent sales pipeline.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with retail pharmacies, distributors, stockists, or corporate clients to ensure high repeat-order rates.
Product Explanation: Clearly articulate the benefits, dosage forms,



packaging perks (especially for sachets), and competitive advantages of our pharmaceutical products.
Order Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from booking the order over the phone to coordinating with dispatch, logistics, and billing teams for timely delivery.
Market Intelligence: Collect and report feedback from clients regarding market trends, competitor pricing, and demand for specific oral formulations.
CRM Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, follow-ups, customer feedback, and sales pipelines in the company’s CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in any stream. A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm) or Biotechnology/B.Sc is a solid advantage.
Experience:2 to 5 years of proven experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or CRM roles specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector.:
