Job Title: Operations Manager - Pilates

Location: South Delhi

Employment Type: Full time (Work From Office)

Compensation: Rs.50,000 - Rs. 70,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pilates studio.
Manage class schedules and ensure smooth studio operations.
Conduct instructor onboarding, training, and continuous skill development programs.
Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and trainers.
Monitor trainer performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Coordinate with management to optimize studio efficiency, staffing, and class utilization.
Ensure a premium client experience by maintaining operational excellence.
Implement and monitor operational processes and best practices across the studio.

Preferred Background
8+ years of experience in fitness, Pilates,



or wellness operations.
Prior experience with Cult.fit, Anytime Fitness, Pilates studios, or similar fitness brands is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Pilates training methodologies and studio operations.
Experience in team management, trainer development, and recruitment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations or teams is an added advantage.
