Handle end-to-end import documentation and shipment coordination.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
Track import shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of import entries, invoices, BOE, and logistics data.
Manage and follow up on vendor payments, freight charges,
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import policies, and company guidelines.
Prepare reports related to imports, shipment status, expenses, and logistics activities.
Resolve issues related to shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or payment matters.
Coordinate internally with accounts, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth processing.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Logistics.
Positive knowledge of import procedures, documentation,



and customs clearance.
Experience in handling import payments, shipment entries, and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with BOE filing, shipping documents, and logistics operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Busy, Tally, or SAP.
Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and freight processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
