Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
Identify business improvements and implement best practices
Support hiring and training of new team members

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities




Prior experience in coaching and developing teams
