Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to hit monthly targets.
Track inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with the warehouse.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless buying experience.

Requirements:
Prior experience in retail management (furniture or home decor experience is a major plus).
Robust leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting.
