nPooja Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day financial, administrative, and ERP-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of accounting principles, robust Excel & Tally skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation and coordination.

nAccounting & Data Entry

Purchase data entry and client/vendor transaction recordingn
Sale bill creation and e-way bill generationn
P.I. (Proforma Invoice) preparationn
Service bill creation and payment follow-upn
Export invoice preparation and documentationn
Payment sheet preparation and payment planningn
Debit note & credit note creation and maintenancen

nERP & Report Management

Vendor entry and transaction logging in ERPn
Monthly sales and purchase reports preparationn
Maintain monthly sales register and submit reports via email to managementn
Handle and update Excel and Tally data sheetsn
Manage inventory through software systemsn
Oversee ERP operations and updatesn

nDocument & Office Administration

Stamp and organize billsn
Manage all physical and digital filesn
Maintain purchase register, dispatch machine list, and client listsn
Handle courier dispatches and documentationn
Leave management for staffn
Factory-level coordination and support tasksn
Handle petty cash and related recordsn

nBank & Communication

Cheque deposits and other bank-related tasksn
Client communication via email for invoicing and coordinationn
Regular follow-ups with clients for payments and documentationn
