About the role:
Lead day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across teams. You’ll own SOPs, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to hit business goals.What you’ll do:Oversee daily operations and optimize workflowsManage teams, vendors, and key stakeholdersTrack KPIs, budgets, and operational costsIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance and quality standardsWhat you need:5+ years in operations managementStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExperience with data analysis & ERP toolsBachelor’s degree preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
