Business Analyst – Manager

Experience: 0–2 years

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst – Manager to support MIS, business analytics, cost monitoring, project tracking, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop MIS reports and Power BI dashboards
- Analyze operational and project performance
- Track costs, budgets, milestones, and project timelines
- Prepare DPRs and financial models
- Validate ERP data and ensure data accuracy
- Provide analytical insights to senior management
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, HoDs, and internal teams

Key Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Financial Modelling, ERP, Business Analytics, Project Tracking & Executive Reporting. Qualification: MBA (Finance/Strategy/Analytics) IIMs preferred; Engineering graduates with relevant experience may apply.
