Role Description The Business Analyst Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting client projects and internal initiatives through structured analysis and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and organizing business requirements, mapping business processes, and assisting in the creation of workflow diagrams and documentation. The intern will help analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support the preparation of presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.

Collaboration with consultants, developers, and project managers will be key to understanding client needs and refining solution recommendations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business analysis practices,



digital transformation projects, and technology consulting in a mentoring-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, use case development, and stakeholder needs assessment.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear written documentation, professional email etiquette, and effective virtual collaboration.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Business Process concepts, such as process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with Business Requirements, including translating business needs into structured specifications.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms) is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity about technology and consulting, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are highly valued.
