✔ Hands-on experience with loan products such as Gold Loan,



Business Loan, Vehicle Loan, NCD, etc.

✔ Strong track record in business target achievement & loan recovery

✔ Team leadership, performance management & staff motivation

✔ Customer relationship management & grievance handling

✔ Branch-level compliance, audit coordination & administration

✔ Knowledge of cash/bank management, transaction authorization & BRS

✔ Solid sales, business development & customer acquisition skills

⭐ Preferred: Candidates with prior Banking/NBFC Branch Manager experience and exposure to multiple financial products.
