nSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

NUnderstand job requirements and identify the right talent.

NBuild and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.

NHandle client interactions and conference calls.

NReview applications and assess candidates against position requirements.

NResearch new technologiesand maintain candidate databases.

NPrepare daily recruitmentreports and coordinate with the team manager.

NSupport and mentor juniorrecruiters.

NWhat Are We Looking For?

NSpanish proficiency at B2level or higher.

NGood written and verbal communication skills.





NStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
