About the Role

We are looking for a Bengali-speaking Telecaller - Sales & Customer Relationship to connect with small and medium-sized business owners across Bengal.

The role involves speaking with prospective business customers, understanding their advertising and promotional requirements, explaining suitable advertising solutions and converting relevant enquiries into customers.

This is a sales and customer relationship role, so strong communication, confidence on calls and the ability to build professional relationships with business owners are important.

Key Responsibilities

- Do outbound / inbound calls to prospective small and medium-sized business owners across Bengal.
- Introduce AdsDial's advertising and promotional services, including audio ads, video ads, jingles and other digital advertising solutions.
- Understand customers' business requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Explain service features, pricing and processes clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Work towards assigned sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer queries.

Requirements

- Fluency in Bengali is required,



with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hindi or English communication skills will be an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, sales or customer relationship management is preferred. Around 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with business owners.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of smartphones, internet-based communication and digital tools.
- A smartphone and reliable internet connection are required.
- Access to a laptop will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good follow-up and organisational skills.
- A responsible, honest and skilled approach to customer communication.
- Strong willingness to learn and achieve performance goals.
