Banquet Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising banquet events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, parties, corporate functions, and social gatherings.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate banquet events from planning stage through completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and special requests.
- Prepare and coordinate event details, including menu, seating arrangements, guest count, timing, and setup requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office departments.
- Prepare banquet function sheets, event orders, and other required documents.
- Supervise the setup of tables, chairs, stages, buffet counters, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and other event facilities.
- Ensure the banquet venue is clean,



organized, and ready before guests arrive.
- Coordinate food and beverage service according to the approved event plan.
- Welcome guests and assist with their requirements during the function.
- Monitor the event to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally.
- Ensure proper communication between the banquet team and other departments.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹11,546.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
