URGENT HIRING – BAMS DOCTOR & NURSE TRAINER

? Panchakarma Ayurveda Hospital

? Location: Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

We are hiring dedicated healthcare professionals for our Panchakarma Ayurveda Hospital.

- BAMS DOCTOR – 1 Position

Qualification: BAMS

Experience: Relevant Ayurveda/hospital experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments

- Manage OPD/IPD patients as per Ayurveda practice

- Supervise and guide Panchakarma-related patient care

- Prepare treatment plans and monitor patient progress

- Provide patient counselling and follow-up

- Maintain proper clinical records and documentation

- Coordinate with therapists, nurses and other hospital staff

- NURSE TRAINER – 1 Position

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing or relevant nursing qualification

Experience: Relevant nursing and training experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Train nursing staff in patient-care procedures and hospital protocols

- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training

- Guide nurses regarding patient monitoring,



medication and documentation

- Train staff on infection-control, hygiene and safety practices

- Evaluate staff performance and identify training requirements

- Maintain training records and competency assessments

- Coordinate with doctors and hospital management for staff development

Candidate Profile

✅ Relevant qualification for the respective position

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Skilled approach towards patient care

✅ Ability to work in a hospital environment

✅ Experience in Ayurveda/Panchakarma or healthcare training will be an advantage
