Dorex Knitwears is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our office by providing essential administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing mail and deliveries, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.





Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a back office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
