Job SummaryWe are seeking a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary link between our business and potential customers. You will manage outbound sales calls, handle inbound customer inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain accurate customer databases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases to pitch products or services.
Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, address queries politely, and resolve issues professionally.
Service Explanation: Explain company offerings, features, pricing, and perks clearly to drive consumer interest.
Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested clients and convert prospective inquiries into successful sales or scheduled appointments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
