Job Description: Sales executive (Bidhannagar)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customerGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide product information, recommendations, and support to drive sales.Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and accurately priced.Handle billing, payments, and returns efficiently at the POS.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and backroom.Achieve individual and store sales targets, upselling/cross-selling where appropriate.Assist in stock management, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing.Adhere to company policies, procedures,



and visual merchandising guidelines.Handle customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.Contribute to a positive team setting through cooperation and communication. Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles).Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities.Basic computer and POS system knowledge.Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.Energetic, reliable, and a team player. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
