Prepare and issue tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and procurement.
Evaluate technical and commercial bids and prepare comparison statements.
Conduct vendor and contractor prequalification and negotiations.
Assist in contract finalization and work order issuance.
Maintain tender records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
