Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve patient acquisition and revenue targets.
Build corporate tie-ups with IT companies, schoolsI, and business parks for healthcare packages.
Establish referral programs and loyalty schemes to increase repeat patients.
Negotiate partnerships with insurers and healthcare networks for cashless treatment options.

Marketing Strategy
Design and implement integrated marketi ng campaigns (digital, print, and community).
Strengthen Sujay’s brand positioning through patient stories, testimonials, and CSR initiatives.
Manage social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging healthcare content.
Promote Sujay’s Healthcare Academy workshops and training programs.

Community & Outreach
Organize dental camps in schools, corporates, and underserved communities to promote oral health awareness.
Collaborate with NGOs and academic institutions for outreach and visibility.
Position Sujay’s as a socially responsible and patient-centric healthcare provider.





Analytics & Reporting
Track sales performance, patient inflow, and campaign ROI.
Use CRM and digital tools to monitor leads, conversions, and retention.
Present quarterly growth reports to leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Hospital Management.
5- 8 years of progressive experience in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and healthcare market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
