Inventory & Store Management
Maintain accurate inventory of, trims, accessories, packing materials, chemicals, and finished goods.
Ensure proper inward and outward movement of materials.
Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum/maximum inventory norms.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Material Receipt & Inspection
Verify received materials against PO, challan, and invoice.
Coordinate with QC team for incoming material inspection.
Ensure proper tagging, binning, and storage of materials.

Material Issue to Production
Issue materials to cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments as per requisition.
Maintain issue registers and ERP entries.
Track material consumption and wastage.

Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain GRN, stock register, inward/outward records, gate pass, and inventory reports.
Update ERP/software entries accurately on a daily basis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Coordination
Coordinate with procurement team for material planning.




Work closely with production planning team to avoid material shortages.
Support audit and compliance activities
