CRM Configuration: Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including Account Management, Activity Management, Prospect Management, Sales Planning, and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
Data Analysis & Excel Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) to analyze customer data, create sales performance dashboards, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Data Management & Migration: Perform data cleaning, mapping, and migration between Excel/non-SAP systems and SAP CRM/ECC systems.
Middleware & Integration: Monitor and troubleshoot SAP CRM-ECC middleware integration, ensuring data synchronization (business partners, products, pricing).
Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops to gather functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications (FS) for technical teams.
Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide post-go-live support to end-users.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
