Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
Handle inbound inquiries related to loan products.
Explain features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits of various loan products such as:
Personal Loans
Home Loans

oBusiness Loans

oCar Loans

oLoan Against Property

oCredit Card Offers
Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Follow up with customers for documentation and process completion.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales, loan sales, or financial products (freshers with valuable communication skills may apply).
Strong communication and convincing skills.




Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
