Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to businesses, companies, retail shops, and commercial establishments to identify hiring needs and generate job requirements.
Build strong relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers to understand their manpower requirements.
Represent the recruitment firm professionally and effectively while pitching services to potential clients.
Collect detailed job descriptions, hiring criteria, salary structures, and timelines from clients.
Share and coordinate all gathered requirements with the internal recruitment team for timely fulfillment.
Ensure closure of open positions by coordinating between clients and recruiters.
Maintain a database of clients, job openings, and status updates.
Actively generate current business leads through field networking, cold visits, and referrals.




Meet or exceed assigned targets for requirement generation and closures.
Provide market insights and feedback to the recruitment firm regarding hiring trends and demand.
Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Pay: ₹10,336.14 - ₹30,530.82 per month
