Job Description - Customer Service Executive | International Airline Voice Process

Location: Malad (Aspee), Mumbai

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to airline services and travel queries
Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers professionally
Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining process standards
Assist customers with bookings, travel-related concerns, and general inquiries
Manage escalations calmly and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate freshers can apply
Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Excellent English communication is mandatory
Comfortable working in an International Voice Process environment

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Solid customer handling and interpersonal skills




Ability to communicate confidently with international customers
Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Customer Service, Airline, Travel, or International BPO industry
Knowledge of airline reservation systems or travel-related processes
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally

Compensation

Fresher: INR 3,64,200 CTC per annum
Approx. INR 25,000 Take-Home per month

Experienced: INR 4,18,000 CTC per annum
