We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle both design development and on-site coordination. The role requires someone who understands not just aesthetics, but also execution, drawings, and real-world site challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) including layouts, working drawings, and detailing
Coordinate with site team for execution of interior works:
Assist in material selection, BOQs, and specifications:
Ensure design intent is maintained during execution:
Visit sites regularly and resolve design-related issues on site:
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Support in client discussions and presentations when required

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (must)
Basic knowledge of SketchUp / Photoshop:
Strong understanding of materials, finishes,



and detailing:
Ability to handle site + office coordination together:
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in residential / commercial / government projects:
Someone who is hands-on and execution-focused, not just design-oriented
Can work in a quick-paced environment and take ownership
