JD Die Casting Operator

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Setup, adjust, and operate die casting machines and peripherals (such as robots, dosing furnaces, and sprayers).
Process Monitoring: Control variables like temperature, pressure, and cycle time to produce defect-free parts.
Quality Control: Conduct dimensional inspections, identify flaws, and separate non-conforming products.
Tool & Die Management: Assist in die setting, cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive machine maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Production Reporting: Document production data, track shift outputs, and report downtime or machine malfunctions.

Typical Requirements
Education: ITI,
Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a die-casting (GDC) workplace.
Physical & Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, and familiarity with automated machinery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
