What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Analyze & Interpret: Evaluate complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
Build Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, deliver impactful insights, and guide strategic planning.
Ensure Data Integrity: Clean, validate, and optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
Present Insights: Translate technical findings into explicit,



compelling visual narratives and summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Analytical Experience: Proven track record working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
Data Tools: Robust proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and extracting data from relational databases.
Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building explicit, impactful reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Statistical Programming: Experience utilizing Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data cleaning, analysis, and statistical modeling is highly preferred.
Spreadsheets: Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) for quick data modeling and ad-hoc analysis.
