Job Title: Sales Manager - 3 wheeler vehicles (Commercial/Passenger)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our three-wheeler vehicle sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for defining sales strategies, managing the showrooM/Field sales team, and maximizing our market share in the passenger and cargo three-wheeler segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales executives, ensuring the team is highly motivated and equipped with solid product knowledge.
Dealership & Network Development: Identify key locations for expanding the authorized dealership network and maintain solid relationships with channel partners.
Retail Finance: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to ensure high retail finance penetration and smooth loan processing for customers.
Marketing & Promotions:



Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and driver/fleet-owner meets to increase product awareness and drive demand.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor grounded stock, coordinate with the logistics department, and ensure the proper mix of vehicle models and colors for maximum turnover.
Customer Relationship Management: Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) from pre-sales to after-sales delivery.
Reporting: Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators such as unit sales, gross profits, and market penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred).
