Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs. The role involves student counselling, admissions support, and building solid relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses, universities, and career paths
Understand student needs, academic background, and career goals
Maintain student records and track leads through CRM systems
Conduct calls, meetings, and counselling sessions
Achieve admission targets and conversion goals
Stay updated on education trends, universities, and course offerings

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of UG/PG education systems




Sales and counselling mindset with target orientation
Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or EdTech industry
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,209.64 - ₹64,471.93 per month
