Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain products and services to prospects.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Record call outcomes and customer feedback.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
English communication skills preferred.
Positive verbal and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers are Experience both welcome.
Prior telecalling, telesales or sales experience will be an advantage.
