Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
Provide emergency and first-aid care when required
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and healthcare needs
Ensure cleanliness and infection-control standards in the ward
Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care and recovery
Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients
Required Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute
Valid nursing registration/license
Basic knowledge of medical procedures and patient care
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
