Key Responsibilities:
Discrepancy Management: Identify discrepancies between portal data and internal records. Coordinate with internal teams or portal representatives for resolution.
Month-End Closing Support: Assist in month-end closing activities, ensuring all sales, returns, and credit notes are accurately captured.
Data Verification: Verify and match all e-commerce sales and credit note entries in internal systems (Masters, Tally) with external CSV reports from various portals.
Excel-Based Analysis: Use Excel tools like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and formulas for accurate reconciliation and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (BCom / MCom)
Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced setting

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
