What you will do

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on ServiceNow projects.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery.
Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions to enable high productivity.
Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
Track and report key metrics such as velocity, sprint burn-down, and team performance.
Support ServiceNow platform delivery by understanding workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and support cross-functional collaboration.
Identify and escalate risks and dependencies proactively.
