Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month

SSR Crest Engineers and Constructions Ltd is engaged in execution of Roads, Highways, Bridges, Infrastructure and Government Contract Works. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance, accounting, banking, compliance, and project financial management activities of the company.
Road Construction / Infrastructure Companies
Government Contract Accounting
Project-based Accounting & Costing
Banking & CMA Data Preparation
Tender-related financial documentation

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete Accounts & Finance operations of the company including bookkeeping, financial management, taxation, compliance, and audit activities.




Maintain Books of Accounts accurately and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Prepare and finalize Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Audit Schedules, MIS Reports, Budgeting, and Financial Variance Analysis.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for CC / OD limits, Bank Guarantees, CMA Data submissions, loan renewals, project funding, and working capital management.
Monitor cash flow, fund flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance of the company.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, ROC, and other statutory obligations.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government departments for audits, assessments, scrutiny matters, and financial documentation.
