Role Objective

Key Responsibilities
Modeling: Create highly accurate 3D models from CAD drawings, hand sketches, or verbal instructions using SketchUp.
Rendering: Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renderings using V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
Post-Production: Enhance renders using Adobe Photoshop for lighting, color correction, and adding entourage (vegetation, people, etc.).
Collaboration: Coordinate with the design team to understand project requirements, material finishes, and spatial layouts.
Optimization: Manage and organize 3D asset libraries (textures, components, and proxy objects) to ensure efficient workflow.
Deadline Management: Deliver high-quality outputs within stipulated project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
Expert: SketchUp, V-Ray (or Lumion/Enscape).
Proficient: AutoCAD (2D), Adobe Photoshop.
Bonus: 3ds Max, Revit, or Rhino.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural scales, lighting, textures, and composition.




Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural visualization or interior design firms.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic textures, lighting, and attention to detail is mandatory.

Soft Skills
Eye for Detail: A keen sense of aesthetics and spatial awareness.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, or Gujarati to collaborate with local teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues or complex modeling geometry.
