nKey Responsibilities.
nCreate visual content for social media posts, LinkedIn hiring creatives, banners, and ads.

- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email creatives.n
- Support branding requirements for internal and external communication.n
- Edit and resize creatives as per platform requirements.n
- Collaborate with the marketing, recruitment, and BD teams for design needs.n
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.n
- Assist in basic video editing or motion graphics (if applicable)n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
nBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canvan
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theoryn
