nSupport the Founder's Office on marketing, brand and communications across a fast-growing defence electronics company. You'll work directly with the strategy team and get visibility into how a deep-tech defence firm positions itself with customers, government, industry bodies and investors.
nWhat you'll do

- Own social media end to end — building the content calendar, drafting and scheduling posts, and coordinating with external agencies or freelancers where execution is outsourcedn
- Build collateral: product one-pagers, brochures, capability decks, event materialn
- Support defence expos, conferences and industry events — pre-event promotion, on-ground coverage, follow-upsn
- Maintain brand consistency across all outbound material; manage the marketing asset libraryn
- Track competitor and industry messaging; flag trends worth responding ton
- Assist with press notes,



award submissions, speaker profiles and website contentn
- Basic reporting on reach, engagement and pipeline contributionn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- MBA candidate (Marketing / Strategy preferred), based in or able to relocate to Hyderabadn
- Robust writing instincts — able to make technical subject matter readablen
- Comfortable with Canva/design tools and social scheduling platformsn
- Genuine interest in defence, aerospace or deep tech; curiosity matters more than prior domain knowledgen
- Ability to handle confidential material with discretion (defence-sector norms apply)n
