We are hiring Zonal Sales Managers to drive sales, revenue growth and market expansion for our Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients portfolio across India.

Zones (positions open across all zones):
- North Zone – Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, HP, J&K;
- South Zone – Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala
- West Zone – Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, Chhattisgarh
- East Zone – West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam & North-East
- Central Zone – MP, Chhattisgarh and adjoining regions

Note: Experience in the Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients or relevant industry is mandatory. Applications without relevant industry experience will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales targets, revenue and growth for the assigned zone
- Develop and execute zone-level sales strategy and territory plans
- Build, manage and expand the dealer, distributor and channel network across the zone
- Identify, engage and convert current clients (brands,



formulators, manufacturers)
- Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing within the zone
- Coordinate with marketing, technical and supply teams to close deals
- Maintain and update pipeline, forecasts and account data in CRM tools
- Report zone performance, sales metrics and market insights to management

Industry Knowledge (Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients)
- Hands-on experience selling within the beauty & personal care / cosmetic ingredients industry
- Strong understanding of ingredients used across beauty, personal care and cosmetic formulations
- Established network within the dealer and distributor ecosystem in the zone
- Knowledge of key brands, clients and buyers in the space
- Awareness of latest market trends and developments

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Beauty & Personal
