Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead Pixelo's demand generation function. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound and inbound channels, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth,



and consistent business opportunities.
- Own and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns across Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to generate qualified leads and meetings.
- Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies, including ICP definition, account segmentation, prospect prioritisation, outreach sequencing, and channel optimisation.
- Drive consistent growth in qualified meetings booked, MQLs, SQLs, and sales pipeline through structured outbound demand generation initiatives.
- Build and optimise outbound campaigns targeting key accounts, decision-makers, and high-value prospects to increase meeting conversion and pipeline contribution.
- Lead inbound demand generation initiatives through SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
