- Provide strategic leadership in implementing and enhancing the CBSE curriculum.n
- Drive student admissions by engaging with parents, presenting the school’s vision effectively, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved.n
- Oversee teaching and learning practices to maintain high academic standards and student outcomes.n
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate faculty to build a cooperative, motivated, and high-performing academic team.n
- Foster a child-centric, inquiry-based learning culture aligned with international best practices.n
- Establish strong relationships with parents, students,



staff, and the community to strengthen the school’s reputation.n
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, health and safety standards, and operational excellence.n
- Lead initiatives in extracurricular programs, innovation in teaching-learning, and holistic student development.n

nRequirements:

- Master’s degree in Education/School Leadership or equivalent (preferred).n
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in school leadership with direct exposure to CBSE curriculum.n
- Proven track record of admission growth and parent engagement.n
- Strong academic orientation with ability to balance rigor and creativity in pedagogy.n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.n
- Inspirational leadership style with ability to mentor teachers and build high-performance teams.n
