Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers through documentation or reporting tools.
Online Order Confirmation with Call, Mail & WhatsApp.
Order Return & NDR handling
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements:
Solid communication skills for effective interaction over the phone.

Ability to work on back office operations, including accounting tasks if required.
