Full Job Description

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, manage enquiries, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into successful orders.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and gifting solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and daily call reports.
Coordinate with the sales, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams.
Support promotional campaigns and showroom customer service whenever required.




Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valuable persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or enquiry management is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
