Manager – Learning Architect (Instructional Design Lead)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Manager – Learning Design to lead a team of instructional designers and drive the creation of contemporary, high-impact learning solutions across global operations.

This role will combine instructional design expertise, adult learning theory application, strong project leadership, and advanced digital learning innovation to deliver scalable, business-aligned learning programs in a rapid-paced BPO workplace.

The ideal candidate will bring both strategic leadership and hands-on design experience, with a strong command of emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI, VR, digital simulations) and exceptional writing standards aligned with the Chicago Manual of Style.

Lead the design, development,



and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions across multiple global accounts Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, outcomes-driven programs Partner with stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals and performance outcomes Ensure consistent application of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking) 2.
