Position: Associate Product Manager

About the Role:

Own the roadmap for an internal platform that gives Thriwe's teams a single, reliable view of customer data across our loyalty programs — from prioritization through to shipped features that hold up as usage scales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end roadmap for an internal customer-data platform used daily by support, operations, and account management teams
- Define and prioritize features that get internal teams faster, more reliable access to customer information across Thriwe's products
- Partner with engineering to scale the platform's architecture and workflows as data volume and internal usage grow
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and B2B client-facing teams to translate operational needs into product requirements
- Design and iterate on admin-panel workflows that cut manual work for internal users




- Set adoption and efficiency metrics for the platform and use them to guide the next quarter's priorities

Required Qualification & Skills:

- 1–5 years of product management experience, including meaningful time building or owning internal tools, ERPs, or admin panels — you should be able to design internal-facing workflows without ramp-up time
- B2B product experience — you've built for internal or enterprise users, where the "customer" is a workflow, not a checkout flow
- Experience scaling a SaaS product past its early stage — you understand the roadmap and architecture trade-offs that come with growing usage

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in loyalty, rewards, fintech, or another data-heavy B2B SaaS domain
- Working SQL literacy, enough to pull your own data rather than wait on analytics
- Comfortable using LLMs to draft PRDs, synthesize stakeholder feedback, or prototype ideas quickly
