- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a
- nonprofit or a marketing or advertising agency workplace.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design software.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) and an
- understanding of motion graphics to create compelling multimedia content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to translate communications objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
