Role Description The Associate Director, International B2B Operations & Supply Chain is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. We're looking for a detail-driven professional to bridge the gap between our international B2B clients and our manufacturing operations. This role is central to ensuring that client requirements are clearly understood, accurately matched with production capabilities, and translated into smooth, reliable order execution — end to end.

What You'll Do





- Act as the key point of contact for understanding and interpreting requirements from our international B2B clients.
- Assess client requirements against our production capabilities, and make clear, well-reasoned feasibility calls.
- Build and refine a structured process for matching client needs with what can realistically be manufactured — flagging gaps early in the cycle.
- Help streamline how materials move through the order process, working to bring greater consistency and control over sourcing on our end rather than relying solely on client-side logistics.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of specifications, decisions, and exceptions across every order.
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to keep feasibility checks accurate and timely.
- Build solid, trust-based relationships with international client stakeholders through consistent, proactive communication.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role with a supply chain, sourcing, or procurement background.
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments is a strong plus.
- Highly methodical and detail-oriented, with a knack for creating order out of ambiguity.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to a fast-paced, dynamic work culture.
- Strong communication skills, especially across cross-border and cross-cultural contexts.
