Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Associate Consultant to manage the public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations for your clients - Formulate and implement monthly plans, strategize for events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

NClient Servicing:

- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.

- Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.

- Develop and maintain robust, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
N
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
N
- Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements
N
- Review and finalize allclient documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
N
- Ensure strict adherenceto all deadlines and client deliverables.
N
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
N
- Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.

nMedia & InfluencerRelations:

- Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers.

- Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking.
N
- Conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships.
N

nDocumentation:

- Ensure all clientdocumentation is of the highest quality and free of errors.
N
- Develop content rangingfrom press releases, press notes, press snippets, listicles, spokesperson's responses, speeches, authored articles based on and accurately reflecting the brand's editorial messaging, objective, brand image, services, and offerings

nQualifications:

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Public Relations, Communications, or related field
N
- 0 to 1 year of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment sector who has the understanding of Business of Entertainment, OTT / Films / Event space
N
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
N
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
N
- Knowledge of the local market and media landscape
